Care & Services
We provide a range of assisted living services, from minimal support to more hands-on help with daily activities. Our care is designed to support residents who need assistance but still want to maintain independence. Each resident’s level of care is determined through an assessment and adjusted as needs change over time.
We offer supportive care for residents experiencing memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s. Our approach focuses on structure, safety, and compassionate support to help residents feel secure and engaged.
Our trained staff can assist with medication reminders, monitoring, and complete medication management based on the resident’s needs. This helps ensure medications are taken correctly and on time.
Yes, we assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Our team is available to provide respectful, dignified help while encouraging independence whenever possible. Support levels are personalized based on the resident’s abilities and care plan.
We offer respite care for individuals who need short-term assisted living support. Respite stays are ideal for recovery after a hospital visit, caregiver relief, or trying assisted living before making a long-term decision. Respite residents receive the same care, meals, supervision, and activities as our full-time residents, based on availability.
We provide adult day participation services for seniors who need daytime supervision, social engagement, and support in a safe, welcoming environment. Day participation services typically include meals, activities, companionship, and assistance as needed during the day. This option is perfect for families who want support during working hours while allowing their loved one to return home in the evening.
Yes, every resident receives a personalized care plan based on an initial assessment and ongoing observation. Care plans are tailored to individual needs, preferences, and routines. We review and update plans regularly to ensure residents continue to receive appropriate support as needs change.
Costs
Our ALL INCLUSIVE monthly pricing includes housing, complete care, utilities, meals, housekeeping, laundry services, routine activities, medication management, transportation and 24/7 supervision.
We charge a one-time community fee of $1500 that covers administrative costs, apartment preparation, and onboarding support.
We accept private pay, Medicaid (Sunshine Health, Humana and Florida Community care), VA benefits, or long-term care insurance depending on eligibility and program availability. Our team can help families understand payment options and what documentation is required.
We follow an all-inclusive pricing model, so residents typically do not experience changes in monthly pricing if their care needs increase. Our focus is on providing the appropriate level of assistance to support safety, comfort, and quality of life. Any changes to a resident’s care plan are discussed with the family to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

Admissions
Our admission process usually starts with a tour and conversation to learn about the resident’s needs. Next, we complete a care assessment, review pricing and availability, and assist with the required paperwork. Once everything is complete, we schedule a move-in date and help make the transition as smooth as possible.
Yes, we conduct an assessment before move-in to ensure we can safely meet the resident’s care needs. This assessment helps us develop a personalized care plan and understand the level of support required. It also helps families feel confident that their loved one will receive the right care.
Move-in timelines depend on availability and how quickly assessments and paperwork are completed. In many cases, residents can move in within 24 hours, especially if placement is urgent. Our team works closely with families to make the process as fast and stress-free as possible.
Common documents include identification, medical records, a current medication list, financial documentation, and physician-related paperwork. Our admissions team will provide a clear checklist and guide you through every step.
