At Arcadia oaks, we take pride in providing telehealth capabilities so that our residents can interact with their doctors without taking physical trips, offering unprecedented convenience, safety and timely medical oversight. 

 

Most residents may even qualify for remote monitoring of their vitals. This allows us to transmit health data like BP, glucose, weight instantly and in real time to participating physician offices resulting in better care and reduction in unnecessary ER visits.

Each resident also receives an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to ensure they receive appropriate care after a thorough assessment of their physical, emotional and functional status upon admission and every six months thereafter.
